With every stride, Bogotá gets closer to the most anticipated half marathon of the year. In its 25th edition, the Bogotá Half Marathon (mmB) will bring together thousands of runners on July 27 and launch a comprehensive, free training program to help everyone reach the starting line in peak condition..
From January until the day before the race, the mmB is offering 35 training sessions in different parks throughout the city. Each day provides an opportunity to improve your running technique, strengthen your body, and share the passion for running in the natural settings that make up Bogotá's urban landscape. The workouts include cardio, speed training, endurance exercises, and even ascents to Monserrate. This experience goes beyond physical preparation; it fosters a connection with the environment and the community, bringing together individuals united by a common goal.
This free program reflects the race's commitment to citizenship. The Half Marathon is not just a sporting event; it is an invitation to experience Bogotá through movement, health, and discipline while running through the city’s iconic locations.
