Their presence at this announcement reaffirms the level and international projection of Bogotá’s gastronomy.

This event will mark the beginning of a new chapter for Colombian gastronomy, which will be launched through the platform as a cultural, touristic and economic asset of great potential.

Bogotá was recently ranked as the sixth-best gastronomic destination in Latin America by TasteAtlas, and currently has more than 15,000 active restaurants, evidencing the diversity and richness of its culinary scene. Moreover, according to the Travelers Study 2024 by the Tourism Observatory, gastronomy was consolidated as one of the most popular activities among international tourists, with 62.1% of visitors reporting having a culinary experience during their stay.
