Event Venues The streets and stages of Bogotá will be filled with art and culture during the International Festival of Living Arts (Fiav) from October 4 to 14 of this year, featuring theater, dance, circus, puppets and marionettes, opera, music, and singing.
More than 400 artists will turn our city into a carnival, with an outstanding presence of groups from the capital and the Colombian Pacific —the region invited as guests of honor. Rio de Janeiro will be the international guest of honor at the event. There will be talks, seminars, workshops, and tributes to masters and artistic troupes. This initiative is a partnership between the Presidency of the Republic and the Mayor's Office of Bogotá. It is organized by the Ministry of Cultures, Arts, and Knowledge; the Secretariat of Culture, Recreation, and Sports of Bogotá; and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
