Cundinamarca Fest promises an unprecedented event where history, innovation, and regional pride come together to showcase to Colombia and the world the region’s rich tourism and biodiversity.
The festival, taking place from November 13 to 16 at Bogotá’s Simón Bolívar Park, will feature four main pavilions—each with a distinct focus that allows visitors to explore, in one place, the landscapes, traditions, and talents of the department.
The pavilion “From Cundinamarca to the World” opens its doors to tourism, investment, and regional pride. This space welcomes visitors with the best of our coffee plantations, flowers, and export-quality emeralds. Adrenaline, innovation, and sports pride take center stage here. Visitors can experience the thrill of our extreme sports through technology, physical activity, and fun, with simulators for rafting, cycling, skydiving, and more. This pavilion celebrates the strength, discipline, and passion of Cundinamarca’s athletes under the motto: “Live it, enjoy it, feel it, and make it extreme.”
The Cundinamarca Biodiversa Pavilion will showcase the páramos, rivers, waterfalls, forests, and enchanted lakes through a sensory and immersive experience. Visitors will also be able to enjoy birdwatching and spot spectacled bears, white-tailed deer, and golden frogs.
Flavors of Cundinamarca is the pavilion that will bring together the region’s most delicious dishes. Meat from the Cundinamarca plains, free-range chicken, arepas, fritanga, Magdalena River fish stew (viudo), chupe, sancocho, amasijos, and Sabana desserts will all be featured in one place.
The authentic flavors of the countryside and the best products from the department's 15 provinces will arrive in Bogotá with fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, coffee, cocoa, flowers, and dairy products exhibited directly by the hands of those who grow and produce them.

The festival is also for the little ones. In this space, children will discover the magic of the region through games, art workshops, environmental activities, and sensory experiences that spark their curiosity about science, culture, and nature. Pets are also welcome, there will be hydration areas, veterinary assistance, recreational activities, and spaces designed for their well-being.
Jessi Uribe, Fonseca, and Aterciopelados
Visitors should prepare to experience more than 2,000 artists on stage, who will bring the best of Cundinamarca's fairs and festivals. There will be a symphonic band, parades, and traditional dances. It will also be an opportunity to admire the finest handcrafted works from Cundinamarca, created live by artisans working with wool, leather, jewelry, basketry, ceramics, and pottery.
On Friday, November 14, artist Jessi Uribe will perform, followed by Bogotá’s first free techno concert, featuring top DJs from the national scene. The next day, it’s Fonseca, Aterciopelados, and Nampa Básico taking the stage. And on Sunday, November 16, performances by Pipe Bueno, Luis Alfonso, Ciro Quiñones, and Édgar Montaño will close the festival.
Cundinamarca Fest is an initiative of the Government of Cundinamarca, aiming to bring the region closer to the heart of Bogotá’s residents by promoting tourism, culture, and regional pride.
