Gastronomy Burgerville 2026: a journey through time via flavor
Bogotá, Colombia's vibrant capital, is a destination where history, culture, and innovation also come together on the plate. Its diverse and exciting gastronomic scene turns every neighborhood into a map of flavors: from traditional offerings to signature cuisines that fuse local ingredients with international influences.
Over time, the city has transformed the burger, an international icon, into a gastronomic canvas where dry-aged meats, artisanal breads, local cheeses, signature sauces, and Peruvian, Asian, and American influences coexist. Here, eating is a cultural experience, and the Burgerville festival, celebrating its edition at a spectacular new venue, La Hacienda San Rafael, offers a spacious setting to enhance its immersive and theatrical proposal, inviting attendees to discover a new culinary world, a new era, and surprising dynamics.
Created by The Gula Group—a leader in the development of food festivals in the country—Burgerville has established itself as a true creative laboratory. Not only do the best burger spots in Bogotá take part, but also restaurants that experiment with new flavors, techniques, and influences to create exclusive versions for the event.
This year, the festival brings together offerings from 35 restaurants, curated by B.eats, including: Godo Facts Food, Ko Asian Kitchen, Cotiza Longaniza, La Tienda del Dragón, Home Burgers, The Red Turtle, Ovejo Burger & Drinks, Bícono, Bubu Burger, Cabrera Resto Bar, Reburger, Agadon, Longos, Ganzō, Los Tacos Norteños, Ideal Gauchos, Los Valientes, Renne Peruvian Bistro, Sir Frank, Andres Carne de Res, Universal, Birrería Macha, El Libanés, Frencheese Burger, Santiago Smashed Burger, Bensa, Salvaje, and Ossolima.
In addition, three restaurants from Medellín—Andes Smash Burger and Bramante—will join the lineup, along with international proposals from Peru such as Boicot a Godo, Carbón, and La Lucha, expanding the cultural and gastronomic exchange between cities and countries.
The experience is complemented by 9 dessert ventures including Grupo Smile, Home Ice, Orso Berry Lab, Butter Baked, Masacro, Lett & Donuts Bites, and Friends Factory, as well as more than 20 sponsoring brands that will activate experiences beyond the plate.
Much more than just burgers
Burgerville is live music with emerging artists, recreational spaces, a pet-friendly atmosphere, and a Sunday event designed especially for families with children. For three days, food becomes a meeting point in Bogotá for friends, couples, families, and pets in an environment where gastronomy, entertainment, and city life come together.
The numbers speak for themselves: in 2025, the Bogotá edition welcomed 31,221 attendees, sold 129,432 dishes, and generated 1,983 jobs, establishing itself as one of the most important gastronomic events in the country.
