Event Venues This year, Parque El Country in northern Bogotá will host the new edition of Vassar, an entrepreneurs' fair taking place from December 3 to 8. This event will be an ideal opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts while enjoying cultural and musical performances by outstanding bands.
There will be 450 ventures selected under strict curatorship, including 172 new ones. These ventures will showcase their creations and talents through unique fashion, beauty, gastronomy, art, and design pieces, all themed around the Christmas season.
“We take pride in how this fair has evolved into a gathering place for those who appreciate creativity and entrepreneurship. This year, every corner of Vassar will showcase our commitment to the best aspects of our culture and the quality of our products," stated Andrés Felipe Tejada, president of the Association of Entrepreneurs (AdeE).
During these six days of the fair, you will enjoy a varied and exciting schedule. On Saturday, December 7, the Latin Grammy-winning musical group Clara Luna will perform a special show to celebrate Candlelight Day, an occasion to welcome the Christmas season.
You will also have the chance to attend the debut of Sonidos Locales, a platform designed for emerging artists who are also entrepreneurs. They will have the opportunity to showcase their talents on the fair's stage.
If you're visiting with children, be sure to check out "Vassar Camp", which is specially designed for young entrepreneurs. This camp offers engaging activities on Saturday and Sunday while parents explore the fair and its shopping options. Additionally, those wishing to spread joy during the Christmas season can participate in the program "A Christmas Friend."
“In partnership with Fundación Construimos, we are organizing a solidarity campaign to collect gifts for needy children, aiming to make this Christmas more inclusive and generous for everyone. We will encourage visitors to the fair to deliver their gifts at the stand of the Association of Entrepreneurs, where they will be collected and distributed after the fair concludes.”
