Parrilla Fest 2026

From April 17 to 19, 2026, Bogotá becomes the stage for an unmissable gastronomic experience with the arrival of Parrilla Fest 2026. It's an event celebrating the tradition of fire and flavor in the Puente Aranda district. This festival aims to position Zona A as a culinary landmark, bringing together renowned restaurants built on the identity of the grill and traditional Colombian cuisine. 

During these days, attendees can enjoy a menu designed for sharing, featuring a four-cut grilled meat platter (parrillada) accompanied by classic sides, like salted potatoes, sweet plantains, guacamole, arepa boyacense, and a drink. The experience takes place across various local restaurants such as Los Tronquitos, Alcaraván, Varcino, Cuatro Vientos, Kabro Loco, and Los Torres—spaces that represent the country's diverse flavors and solidify this sector as a gastronomic epicenter of Bogotá.
