The reservation can be made from 1 month earlier to a maximum of 48 hours, as available. All reservations are managed according to the availability of dates and quotas. Some experiences require a minimum of participants; if not achieved, reprogramming or credit will be offered for another activity of equal value.
Cancellations and changes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours and 50% of the total value up to 24 hours will be retained. If cancelled after 24 hours or do not reach the experience, the full value is retained. Date changes: They are allowed only once and will be subject to availability.
