Policies and conditions: Taxes: The room price does not include hotel insurance (USD 4 approx. per night, per person - optional), or 19% value added tax (VAT) on the room price.
Early check-in: 100% of the negotiated room fee will be charged for one night to those guests who wish to register before 10: 00 am, subject to hotel availability, and 50% more VAT after 10: 00 am and until 3: 00 pm.
Late check-out: Guests who wish to leave the hotel after 12: 00 m. must pay 50% of the rate plus VAT until 3: 00 p. m and one night with 100% of the rate negotiated after 3: 00 p. m.
Juvenile policy: The accommodation is free with breakfast included for children under 12 years of age, sharing a room with their parents or with a responsible adult who has the permission authenticated in the parents' notary and copy of the documents. Child identification card or Civil Registration (DNI) is required in the check-in process. We support the prevention of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the terms stated (ESCNNA) by Colombian law 1336 of 2009.
No show: Reservations not taken shall be subject to a penalty of 100% of the total value or reserved stay. All confirmed reservations that do not appear on the expected date of arrival will have a penalty charge for the total number of nights reserved plus VAT. The hotel can have the room for sale.
Carpet animals: They're not allowed in the hotel. Unless the guest has an official and legal authorization as medical support.
Cancellation policy: We want to offer you flexibility in your reservation. You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your arrival. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the check-in, we will apply an fee equivalent to one night's stay. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, the total reservation will be charged.
Smoke-free hotel: Our hotel is a smoke-free space. Please note that smoking within rooms or in common areas implies an additional charge of 250 USD, which will be reflected in your final account.
Infinity pool: By programming private events, the use of the Infinity pool is subject to availability.
Plan Threats: At B.O.G. Hotel we want your stay to be an integral and exclusive experience. Therefore, a fee of 50,000 COP + VAT per room and per night will be charged to your account, which includes a selection of amenities designed for your comfort and well-being.
