Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: The client may cancel his reservation at no additional cost. Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before the start of the tour: the cancellation will not be free and a charge equivalent to 50% of the total value of the tour will be applied.
Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance or no presentation to the tour: 100% of the value of the tour will be charged, without the right to refund.
Form of notification: All cancellations must be made through our official channel, the time of receipt of the notice being valid.
