An experience to discover specialty cafes in Santa Fe and Teusaquillo.
It is an immersive experience of Colombian coffee from the heart of the city. This route invites you to experience the full coffee process: from the artisan roasting to the final tasting. Visitors can enjoy comparative tastings of different brewing methods (Chemex, V60, cold brew, among others) and explore cafes from various regions of the country.
The attendees will also discover innovative proposals for coffee-based cocktails, in a tour that shows how the coffee tradition is adapted and reinvented in the urban modernity of Bogotá.
