From 17 to 19 April, Area A of Puente Aranda (TV. 53, 3 Street to 2 Street) will be the stage of Grilla Fest 2026.
Cooking coal is a practice that transcends the culinary. It is a ritual that connects territories, knowledge and generations, where sharing around the grill becomes a meeting experience. Fest grill It takes this spirit and turns it into a tourist experience that invites the city to travel from its flavors, understanding that Bogotá is also living through its gastronomy.

For three days, in a gastronomic route that transforms the Camelia district, six emblematic restaurants -The Tronquitos, Alcaravan, Varcino, Four Winds, Kabro Loco and Los Torres- open their grills to offer an experience that goes beyond the dish: a tour of the country's culinary traditions, where fire not only cooks, but tells stories. This type of event consolidates Bogotá as a gastronomic epicenter, where the grilled kitchen becomes a cultural language that brings together communities and visitors.
The attendees can enjoy a special barbecue with four cuts of meat, traditional accompaniments and drink, as they travel through a sector that today is consolidated as a reference from the kitchen to the brasa in the capital.
Tourism that is built from the taste
In its previous edition, the event brought together more than 4,000 attendees, generated more than 370 jobs and increased sales of the sector by 20%, showing the impact of gastronomy as an engine for economic and tourist development.
This festival is the result of the work articulated between the Local Mayor of Puente Aranda, district entities, entrepreneurs, chefs and cooks, who have managed to transform the perception of the territory and position it as a scenario of experiences for visitors.
Bogotá continues to consolidate as a gastronomic destination, with more than 1.9 million international visitors in 2025, of which 56% travelled by tourism, and with a sector that generates more than 122,000 jobs per month, according to figures from the Tourism Observatory.
Fest 2026 grill is an open invitation for national and international tourists to travel Bogotá from their neighborhoods, traditions and cuisine.
