Hecho en Bogotá GastroLab: Perú en cada bocado

An experience that blends gastronomy, culture, and entrepreneurship in one of the city's most emblematic green spaces. Organized by the District Secretariat of Economic Development and the Embassy of Peru in Colombia, this gathering aims to promote commercial opportunities for local entrepreneurs and cultural exchange through the flavors, traditions, and artistic expressions of one of the world's most renowned culinary nations.
Over the course of two days, locals and visitors alike will be able to enjoy a wide showcase inspired by Peruvian cuisine, considered one of the most important in Latin America. The gastronomic lineup will feature traditional preparations such as causa limeña, ceviche, lomo saltado, arroz chaufa, ají de gallina, Peruvian sánguches, anticuchos, typical beverages, and iconic desserts from Peruvian culture. In addition, the event will host entrepreneurial ventures across sectors such as fashion, home goods, decor, and creative products, crafting an experience that goes beyond gastronomy to promote local entrepreneurial talent
The schedule will also include a permanent cultural agenda featuring live musical performances, artistic showcases, and family-friendly activities that invite everyone to engage more closely with Peru's cultural expressions and traditions. Hecho en Bogotá GastroLab stands strong as a space where cultures, flavors, and experiences converge, reinforcing Bogotá as a culinary and cultural destination that celebrates diversity and exchange across Latin America.
