Reserve policy:
- The reservation is secured with a minimum payment of $10,000 per person.
- The remaining balance is paid directly on the day of the event to the guide.
- The quotas are limited, so it is recommended to book in advance.
- The reservations are confirmed only through the official channels of Tegua Travel (WhatsApp, mail or social networks verified).
Cancellations policy:
- Cancellations 72 hours in advance: the payment may be used for another tour date.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance or non-attendance: no return or reprogramming of the payment.
- In the event of cancellation by the agency (extreme weather conditions, public order or other causes of force majeure), the payment shall be returned in its entirety or may be used for a new date.
Conditions of service:
- The activity is designed for persons over 18 years of age (under the age of 18 who are attending under the responsibility of an adult).
- The tour involves walking through steep streets and entering reduced spaces, so people with reduced mobility or health problems that may become worse are not recommended.
- Pets are not allowed to enter during the tour.
- Participants are asked to maintain respect for guides, participants, heritage scenarios and religious or cultural elements during the tour.
- The sighting of paranormal phenomena is not guaranteed, as the experience is based on historical, cultural accounts and night setting.
Responsibility:
- Tegua Travel guarantees the accompaniment of specialized guides and basic care insurance during the activity.
- Each participant is responsible for his or her behaviour, belongings and for complying with the safety indications given by the guide.
- The agency is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents resulting from the unprudence of the traveller or from non-compliance with the recommendations given.
