1. Reserve and participation
* The reservation is considered confirmed only when making full payment through the official platform.
* The participant must be presented 10 minutes before the start at the meeting point: Avenida Carrera 19 # 123-60, Fusagasugá.
* In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the group may start without the participant and there will be no refund.
2. Cancellations and changes
* Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
* Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or non-attendance are not refundable.
* The organization may cancel or change the date of experience in case of force majeure or adverse weather conditions; in that case, a new date or total reimbursement will be provided.
3. Health and safety conditions
