If you want to discover the architectural and urban landmark that has transformed Bogotá with its innovative cultural, recreational, and sports spaces, come visit CEFE Chapinero, a place open to residents and visitors that integrates creativity, knowledge, and well-being in a single space. 

Strategically located in the Chapinero district, this architectural and urban landmark is situated in an area of ​​high economic and academic activity, with more than 57 higher education institutions and 10,700 companies in its area of ​​influence, making it a key hub of the city.   

With more than 10,500 square meters and a height of almost 45 meters, this park stands as a symbol of Bogotá's urban transformation. Its construction, begun in 2019 and inaugurated in 2024, is the work of architect Manuel Alejandro Rogelis Terán, praised for its inclusive and sustainable approach, integrating a drainage system for rainwater reuse, reflecting a commitment to the city's natural environment.

Here you'll find areas like the LabCo Room and the Public Sports Library, where 3D printing and hands-on activities are held to promote experiential learning, as well as exhibition halls, an urban theater, and several classrooms for music, dance, and audiovisual arts. 

If physical activity is your thing, the space features a multi-sports court, gym, swimming pools, a multi-purpose arena, and contemplation areas with views of our majestic eastern hills, in addition to other ideal spaces for meditating, practicing yoga or capoeira, or simply enjoying time with the community. 

Come recharge your energy, move your body, and take care of your mind! Yoga classes are held daily in the dance studio between 5:30 p.m. and 6:50 p.m.

You can get there by TransMilenio and get off at the Los Héroes station, on Calle 80. From there, you must walk one block towards the Eastern Hills, to Carrera 10, and look for Calle 82. You can also get there via the SITP, on routes 193B and A134, which run along Carrera 15.
