Vertical Museum & 360 ° Mirador

1. Object of service
This plan offers the user access to the Vertical Museum, access to the 360 ° Mirador and the enjoyment of a tourist and cultural experience at the Torre Colpaña, in Bogotá, according to the operational availability, enabled hours, allowed capacity and security conditions of the place.

2. What includes
It includes entrance to the Vertical Museum, access to the 360 ° Mirador, travel through the areas enabled for the experience and a consumption bonus in Tostao, under the conditions defined for its redemption.

3. What does not include
It does not include transport, parking, additional food, professional photographs, services not specifically described, additional consumption or personal expenses.

4. Reserve and confirmation
The reservation is only confirmed when the customer has made the total payment or advance defined by Pueblando por Colombia SAS BIC and received the formal confirmation of its quota by the authorized channel. All reservations are subject to availability, capacity, current hours and operational conditions of the appeal.

5. Pre-purchase information
Before confirming your purchase, the user must carefully review the plan description, including, not including, the meeting point, duration, recommendations, restrictions and applicable policies. The information provided to the consumer should be accurate, clear, sufficient and understandable; in addition, tourist advertising should include the NNR and the final price with applicable taxes, fees or charges.

6. Meeting point and punctuality
The meeting point will be the main entrance of the Torre Colpaña, Bogotá, unless another place is reported in a prior and express way to the customer. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. Failure to show up on time may affect the normal entry and development of the experience.

7. Duration of service
The estimated duration of the plan is 60 to 90 minutes. This time may vary for reasons of operation, access control, capacity, weather conditions, maintenance, building guidelines or situations outside the operator.

8. Customer cancellation policy
Requests for cancellation shall be submitted in writing through the official channels of care. As a commercial policy of this plan:

If the cancellation is requested 24 hours or more in advance, the customer may choose to reprogram without penalty, subject to availability.

If the cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no return of the money, but Pueblando por Colombia SAS BIC will be able to evaluate an exceptional reprogramming due to due cause.

If you do not show up for service or arrive outside the time that prevents entry, it shall be understood as not showing.

9. No show and use of the quota
Where the default comes from the user for not presenting or not using the contracted service, the provider may require payment of 20% of the price or retain the deposit or advance received. This rule is recognized by the SIC for tourist services.

10. Reprogramming
Reprogramming shall be subject to availability of dates and times. Once the reprogramming has been approved, the user must be eligible for the new date. The same schedule originally requested shall not be guaranteed.

11. Cancellation or modification by the operator
By developing Colombia SAS BIC you can reprogram, suspend or cancel the service when there are operational reasons, security, maintenance, capacity, building layout, climatic conditions, force majeure or case by-case. In such an event, the user shall be offered, as appropriate, the reprogramming of the service or an alternative of equal value.

12. Right of retraction
Where the purchase has been made by non-face or distance channels, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) working days following the conclusion of the contract, provided that the service has not started with its agreement. 13. Tostao Bonus
The consumption bonus in Tostao is delivered as a complementary benefit of the plan, is not redeemable in money, is not cumulative with other promotions unless expressly indicated and will be subject to the conditions of the allied establishment, including points enabled, validity, availability of the product and amount recognized.

14. Conditions of entry
The user must carry an identity document, follow staff instructions, comply with security protocols and respect the local standards. The entry of minors must be carried out under the company and responsibility of an adult.

15. Photographs and user behavior
The user may take personal photographs in the permitted areas, always respecting security restrictions and staff indications. Any conduct that endangers the operation, the user, third parties or infrastructure may result in the suspension of the service without a place of return.

16. Claims
Any non-compliance must first be submitted directly to Pueblando por Colombia SAS BIC, as a prior stage of direct claim. The tourism law provides this way to promote agile and efficient solutions to the consumer.

17. Protection of personal data
The data provided by the user shall be treated in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the rules governing it, for purposes related only to the reservation, provision of the service, customer care, administrative and commercial matters authorized.

18. Protection of children and adolescents
By developing Colombia SAS BIC rejects and prevents all forms of exploitation, pornography and sex tourism with minors, in compliance with Act 679 of 2001 and consistent standards.

19. Acceptance
The purchase or reservation of this plan means that the user knows and accepts these terms and conditions.

* Cancellation or modification by the operator
By developing Colombia SAS BIC you can reprogram, suspend or modify the service where there are operational reasons, safety, maintenance, capacity, building layout, climatic conditions, force majeure or case by-case. In the case of rains that significantly affect the visibility or normal development of the experience, a rain bonus may be granted for use within the following month, subject to availability.
