Reserve policy: The reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as indicated at the time of purchase. Individual and group reservations are accepted, subject to availability of capacity.
Cancellations and changes policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost or request reimbursement of 70 per cent. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the event may be rescheduled only once at no cost, but there will be no refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or non-attendance at the event will not be reimbursed.
In the event of force majeure by the organizer (extreme climate, logistical inconvenience, causes other than force majeure), full reprogramming or reimbursement will be offered.
Conditions of participation: The experience is directed exclusively at persons over the age of 18. The organization reserves the right of admission in case of inappropriate behaviour or under excessive influence of alcohol.
Responsibility: The participant assumes full responsibility for his or her state of health when participating in the tasting.
The organization is not responsible for loss of personal objects during the activity. Transport to and from the meeting point is the responsibility of the participant.
Intellectual property and use of images: The participant accepts that the organization may take photographs or videos during the experience, which may be used for promotional purposes, except for an express demonstration against it.
