Once the form has been completed, only changes up to 24 hours in advance of the original selected date will be allowed. Cancellation of the activity: When some activity or activities have been scheduled in La Trocha, La Casa de la Paz and for some circumstances cannot be carried out, the following must be taken into account: • If the visit to La Trocha, La Casa de La Paz is cancelled one week in advance and some previous payment has been made, the full return of the money will be made and if the visit is cancelled three days before the established date, the return of 80% of the money will be made. • If they do not attend the scheduled date and time without notice, no changes or repayments are accepted. • If your visit has to be cancelled for operational or force majeure reasons, La Trocha will inform you in advance and will return the money to the same means of payment within a maximum of 10-15 days.
