* If your group is smaller or larger, we adjust the rate for you.
* You can cancel without penalty for up to 3 days (72 hours) before departure.
* Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours earlier apply a penalty of 50% of the total value.
* Cancellations with 24 hours or less, or in case of non-presentation (no show), have a 100% penalty, as all services (transport, tickets and lunch) are confirmed and paid for.
* In case of unplanned force majeure or closure, you can reprogram at no additional cost.
