The Church of Saint Alphonsus Liguori is a parish that originated after the demolition of the Church of Saint Agnes in the city center, from which it inherited all its religious art and artwork. After purchasing a lot at the corner of Carrera 28 and Calle 39 in 1954, construction began and was completed in 1959. There, the Lord of Miracles is venerated with a special celebration on the 14th of each month.

It is an emblematic church distinguished by its imposing facade, adorned with Gothic details, and its tall towers that rise towards the sky. Inside, visitors find an atmosphere of peace and devotion, decorated with stained-glass windows and important works of religious art

The parish offers a variety of religious services, such as Masses, baptisms, weddings, and special events, and is also committed to the community through social programs and educational activities.

Its central location makes it a meeting point for worshippers and visitors seeking spiritual inspiration and architectural beauty in the Colombian capital.
