By car, take Avenida Suba and head north. When you reach Calle 146c, turn left and follow the signs to Carrera 90. Parking is available nearby.

By TransMilenio, take Line C of the Suba trunk line and get off at the 21 Ángeles station. From there, walk a few blocks west on Calle 146 to Carrera 90, where the Plaza Fundacional de Suba is located.

By SITP (Integrated Public Transport System), the routes that pass near the plaza are those that run along Avenida Suba and Calles 146 and 147. You can look for a route that will drop you off at Carrera 90 or 91, from where it's just a short walk to the plaza.
