It is an immersive experience where the tile is mixed with a tasting of Colombian historical and gastronomic flavors.
Thanks to the experience we have in The Embassy receiving both local and foreign, we have designed the plan Taste Ambassador, which includes playing tejo, Bolivia and meeting new flavors of Colombia.
The gastronomic tasting consists of 5 steps: we begin by awakening the palate to enhance the flavors; we go to celebrate the department of Boyacá, agricultural land of tubers and ancestral flavors; we pay tribute to the indigenous culture that began the tile, highlighting the native fruits of the country; Chia and Sué, the Muische gods that represent day and night, transport us to the essence of ancestral culture; and we close with a sweet farewell.
